She started her nursing career as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Level-3 staff nurse at Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital from May 2002 to June 2005. Nikki received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University, where she was placed on the University Honor Roll. She brings 17 years of experience as a Clinical Director in the pediatric home health setting. Her love for children makes her a very compassionate nurse that is devoted to providing high quality patient care. On a personal note, Nikki met her husband in college and has been married for 17 years.
