Working directly with our PHC patients in the past, allows her to bring a unique perspective to quality assurance. In her free time, you can catch her enjoying the outdoors, reading a book, or jamming out at a concert- she cannot get enough live music. I have now been with PHC almost a year and I've never been happier. This company cares not only for their amazing little patients but they care for their nurses and support them as well. Changing to PHC has been by far one of my best decisions I've made. Kyle is a native Texan but was raised right next door, in Louisiana. Kyle has had the privilege of working in home care in four different states across our nation, including the great state of Texas where he got his start in 2012.

On the very first visit, the visiting nurse will review your child’s living space and speak with you about any services requested by the physician. The nurse may then assess your child for more insight into their level of care needed. Then, the nurse will develop a comprehensive care plan and communicate it to you. Working for PHC has been great, they really know how to take care of their nurses and most importantly, their patients. I have been an RN for 37 years now, and have not worked for a company that has respected me as an RN like PHC does. Rachel joins PHC after working nearly twenty years in Law Enforcement Support, her duties ranged from Training, Auditing, and Adult and Juvenile Case management.
We comply with state and federal regulations governing our services, including patient's rights and confidentiality as well as all other regulations applicable to the services we provide. Cindi is a Speech-Language pathologist who has been working in pediatrics for over 18 years. She has worked in school districts, hospitals, clinic settings, and home health. For the last 10 years she has worked as a home health supervisor, managing teams, and assisting other SLPs with advancing in their clinical skills, specifically in feeding and swallowing. She enjoys being outside, exercising, water activities, DIY projects, but mostly spending time with her daughter. We have experienced relationships with multiple nursing agencies, however no other company has instilled the trust and confidence that PHC has.

We have nurse's in our home almost 24/7, which provides many challenges. We can not say enough good things about what a great company this is. They hire for the long term and to make sure it is a good fit for the family. Starting over with a new agency and nurse and trying to rebuild a good nursing team has been hard. When we started with PHC it started immediately and I feel that I have rebuilt an amazing nursing staff with the quality of nurses we have.
