When he isn’t in the office, Alex is outdoors or in the kitchen, and always looking for new adventures. A Texas Native, Chloe has been on the PHC team since 2015 where she started out as an LVN. Over the years, she continued to pursue her education while also providing bedside nursing care to various PHC patients and now holds her BSN, RN title. Working directly with our PHC patients in the past, allows her to bring a unique perspective to quality assurance. In her free time, you can catch her enjoying the outdoors, reading a book, or jamming out at a concert- she cannot get enough live music. We have focused on being a case management company enabling us to connect the dots between service providers to ensure the most comprehensive care.

When asked by a former coworker about how my new job was going, my response was, "I feel valued as an employee." PHC seems to hold in high regard all the positions that make up this organization. From being born into a 5th generation nursing family, Xavier was always surrounded by the medical community. Xavier enjoyed tagging along with his mom to her home health cases being her handy-dandy assistant.

We have nurse's in our home almost 24/7, which provides many challenges. We can not say enough good things about what a great company this is. They hire for the long term and to make sure it is a good fit for the family. Starting over with a new agency and nurse and trying to rebuild a good nursing team has been hard. When we started with PHC it started immediately and I feel that I have rebuilt an amazing nursing staff with the quality of nurses we have.

Cindi is a Speech-Language pathologist who has been working in pediatrics for over 18 years. She has worked in school districts, hospitals, clinic settings, and home health. For the last 10 years she has worked as a home health supervisor, managing teams, and assisting other SLPs with advancing in their clinical skills, specifically in feeding and swallowing. She enjoys being outside, exercising, water activities, DIY projects, but mostly spending time with her daughter. We have experienced relationships with multiple nursing agencies, however no other company has instilled the trust and confidence that PHC has.
Pediatric physical therapy is a specialized practice that improves the lives and daily function of babies & children who suffer from a wide range of injuries and congenital conditions. She started her nursing career as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Level-3 staff nurse at Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital from May 2002 to June 2005. Nikki received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University, where she was placed on the University Honor Roll. She brings 17 years of experience as a Clinical Director in the pediatric home health setting. Her love for children makes her a very compassionate nurse that is devoted to providing high quality patient care. On a personal note, Nikki met her husband in college and has been married for 17 years.
