This property has studios to two bedrooms starting at $1,360/mo. I just recently moved in to William Penn Village with my family, we love the bathrooms and the master bedroom! Spacious closets and even the easy to use laundry facilities.

Requires several call to office in order to get maintenance jobs completed. I am paying rent and when I put in job maintenance I shouldn’t have to go looking for maintenance or to the front office for the jobs to get taken care of. And when maintenance does show up they don’t seem to know what they have to fix and constantly asking me, they don’t look at the job tickets beforehand. Juanita who works in the office along with Lindsey and Diane are very helpful. The maintainence men Hutch Israel and Sam always follow up on the work orders. Hutch even gave us advice on how to lower our electric bill. My husband and I were Juanita's 1st tenants when she started a year ago.
